The landscape has complete changes. From wild, few trees and rugged, to agricultural landscpae with occasional cows and sheep, and mainly canola and wheat. We feel as if we have landed again. The first thing we buy in the small gold town of Norseman is a bag of apples. We hug the horse statue, visit the Beacon Hill for a beautiful view and historic information and than we are on the road again. No more stops for today until Esperance.
Esperance exceeds all our expectations. It is of such beauty that I feel incapable of taking photo's. The town is beautiful, ell maintained and colourful. The ocean is of a colour blue so sparkling and bright, it hurts your eyes. And the beaches are endless and rugged with sand and granite alternating on the coastline.
We stock up groceries, investigate the playground and then go for a walk and a play on the beach.
What more can I say.
Today I realised I fell in love with Australia.
Fraser Ranges Sheep Station, our front porch early this morning
Changing scenery. More and more trees appear and they are beautiful.
This is the horse Norseman, after which the town Norseman is called. The horse went lame one day. The reason was he had a nugget of gold in his hoof. The town Norseman was founded in 1896, after this incident.

Leaving Norseman, driving towards Esperance. The landscape changes quickly from the untamed trees to agriculture. Canola and grain seem to be the main crops in this area.
Esperance, streching our legs.
Oh, such beautiful beaches and views on the islands off shore.
Colours changing as the sun starts to set.
Always playing.
View from Salmon Beach after sun set.
